Christian Louboutin X Piper Heidsieck

So dope how champagne maker, Piper Heidsieck, has collaborated alongside shoe maker Christian Louboutin in a box set.

They took it back to a French ritual, which dates back to the 1880’s with the box set. The set consists of a bottle of champagne and a glass shoe designed by Christian Louboutin. The set will be exclusively available through Colette from October 26th.

Collaborating once again with Louis Vuitton these “Pultibears” depicts the essence of the artist himself, Murakami. Ok, last time Impulse and Excel teamed up to do a Skratch Makaniks take over of Eyebar, the flier said “One Night Only.” On the real it was supposed to be! But these dudes tore it down so hard they had to come back! For those that don’t know Excel is living out in LA now and Impulse is moving to Philly soon, so D.C. might not see this pairing for a while! Make sure you come through!!!

One Shot Kill baby!!!

Ok, so I have been in these musical "moods" lately where I sometimes wake up in the middle of the night and hop on the wheels. I will play RANDOM ass shit for about 15 to 30 minutes, and go back to sleep!! My plan is to release a new mix every Friday for you guys to get loose to on your way home from work, while your getting ready to go out, on the way to the club, ect. Each one will be about 30 minutes long and will usually be a different genre every week!!

Volume 1 is one a bit of an electro, Bmore club steez. I have had a few tracks that I have had stuck in my head this week and I NEEDED to hear them mixed. So I went in half asleep and handled my business!

Sound Wandering

Eddie AKA Eddie P AKA Eddie Music is a special kind of artist. A young artist influenced by his mixed cultural background, Eddie has a sound that can’t be categorized. His mother, who is from Panama, would listen to samba, reggae, and salsa music while his father cranked Rock and Roll, and Eddie was interested in all of it.

Not only a beat maker but a musician, Eddie became interested in music as a drummer. He played in many bands in the VA Beach area including jazz, hip-hop and even rock groups. When a friend turned him onto producing beats, he immediately felt that he had found his calling.


I received the advanced copy about a month ago and it stayed in my cd player for a week straight!! Yo will NOT be disappointed!

1-I love how General Mills has done a run of vintage cereal boxes! Cereal + vintage= LOVE!

2-Hard to find count Chocula nowdays, so you have to get it in when you can!

3-My new Chase Durer Chronograph that I copped on my trip. I don't have the bright watch, I got the RIGHT watch!

Something interesting happened today....

As we were at my spot in Baltimore, Garrett and I were trying to figure out what we were going to do for lunch. At first we were thinking one of those good $5.95 chinese lunch specials, but at the last minute, we changed our minds and headed over to Panera Bread. As we were walking up to the spot, we past 3 people standing on the corner. One of those people just happened to be non other than Dave Chappelle!! Although he wasn't taking pics, we ended up having a great conversation with the homie, which was actually more meaningful than any picture! This dude was super down to earth and was really interested in what WE were doing!

I don't know why I've had so many random celebrity run-in's so far this year, but I like it!! I'ts going to be a good year, I can feel it!!

Thank god we didn't get chinese food!!

I'm baaaaaack!!

What up everyone! Just got back from my month long gig on the biggest cruise ship in the world! I saw some amazing places, met amazing people from around the world and rocked some great parties. I will be posting pics, and of course....video!
